At Burton Kickboxing Academy we hold grading's every 3 months providing our members meet our strict criteria. Grading's consist of students demonstrating pad drills and carrying out fitness test's that meet the standards of their selected grade.
To grade, a full valid ICO license needs to be purchased. These licenses also have to be refreshed once a year.
